Terms of Service – KozaCore

1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting KozaCore to your Discord server, using the KozaCore dashboard at kozacore.xyz, or using any KozaCore services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

These terms apply to all users, server administrators, and anyone who interacts with KozaCore. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Description of Service

KozaCore is a multipurpose Discord bot providing features including but not limited to: moderation tools, music playback, leveling systems, economy, notifications, ticketing, and server management utilities. KozaCore also provides a web dashboard for configuring these features.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use KozaCore only for lawful purposes. You must not:

Use KozaCore to harass, abuse, threaten, or harm any person
Use KozaCore to distribute spam, malware, or illegal content
Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or abuse KozaCore's systems
Use KozaCore in violation of Discord's Terms of Service
Use KozaCore to facilitate illegal activity in any jurisdiction
Attempt to access data belonging to other users or guilds

Violation of these terms may result in immediate removal of KozaCore from your server and/or a permanent ban from all KozaCore services.

4. Premium Subscriptions & Payments

KozaCore offers premium tiers (Pro and Ultimate) that unlock additional features. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis via PayPal. By subscribing, you authorise KozaCore to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Price changes: We may change subscription prices with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Feature changes: Premium features may be added, modified, or removed. We will not reduce core premium functionality without reasonable notice.

5. User Content

KozaCore may store content you configure (e.g., welcome messages, auto-responder triggers, ticket transcripts). You retain ownership of this content. By using the service, you grant KozaCore a limited licence to process and store this content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

You are responsible for ensuring any content you configure complies with applicable laws and Discord's Terms of Service.

6. Availability & Uptime

We aim to keep KozaCore available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. KozaCore may be unavailable during maintenance, outages, or unforeseen technical issues. We are not liable for losses resulting from service downtime.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any user or server from using KozaCore at our discretion, with or without notice, particularly in cases of violations of these terms. You may stop using KozaCore at any time by removing the bot from your server.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

KozaCore is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements. Your use of the service is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KozaCore and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or server disruptions.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.
